H.E. Ambassador Poshitha Perera addressed the Opening Ceremony of the 2025/2026 Academic Year at the Hanoi Financial and Banking University, on 27 September 2025.
He encouraged students to “𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐟𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐠𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐧𝐬, 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐕𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐧𝐚𝐦 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐫𝐢 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐚.”
