Taking place from 22 to 23 November in Hanoi, the 2025 International Food Culture Festival has become a destination attracting special attention from the capital's residents and international friends. Themed '𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐩 𝐨𝐟 𝐅𝐥𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 - 𝐀 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐅𝐥𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 𝐀𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝', the festival promotes cuisine as a means of emotion and connection, where every dish is not only about taste, but also a story of each nation's culture, history, and identity.
Among the international pavilions, Sri Lanka’s booth stood out as a vibrant showcase of the island’s culinary heritage. Its colorful decorations and displays immediately attracted the attention of visitors, inviting them to explore the flavors of Sri Lanka.
Guests had the opportunity to savor signature dishes such as rotti, kottu, and other traditional delicacies, each carefully prepared to reflect the rich flavors and unique ingredients of Sri Lankan cuisine.
