Taking place from 22 to 23 November in Hanoi, the 2025 International Food Culture Festival has become a destination attracting special attention from the capital's residents and international friends. Themed '𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐩 𝐨𝐟 𝐅𝐥𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 - 𝐀 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐅𝐥𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 𝐀𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝', the festival promotes cuisine as a means of emotion and connection, where every dish is not only about taste, but also a story of each nation's culture, history, and identity.

Among the international pavilions, Sri Lanka’s booth stood out as a vibrant showcase of the island’s culinary heritage. Its colorful decorations and displays immediately attracted the attention of visitors, inviting them to explore the flavors of Sri Lanka.

Guests had the opportunity to savor signature dishes such as rotti, kottu, and other traditional delicacies, each carefully prepared to reflect the rich flavors and unique ingredients of Sri Lankan cuisine. Every bite told a story of the island’s culinary traditions, while subtle elements of Sri Lankan art, handicrafts, and travel-inspired décor provided glimpses into the country’s broader cultural and tourism offerings.

Sri Lanka’s participation added a vibrant dimension to the 2025 International Food Culture Festival. By contributing to the diversity of the festival, the booth helped showcase the wide array of global cuisines and highlighted the cultural richness and touristic appeal of Sri Lanka, reinforcing the festival’s theme of celebrating food as a bridge between cultures.
